We want you to love your BEC + BRIDGE purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all full-priced items in original condition. Please ensure garments are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached to be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your garments in their original packaging, ensuring all security tags and labels remain intact to avoid processing delays.

  Ship the Parcel

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
